PLACING AN ORDER

Pricing:

The price for this outfit is open. You name your price as a bid.

Once your bid price is fair enough and any of our professional tailors indicates interest in working on it, we will pick up your order and queue it up for production.

However, if no tailor indicates interest in working on your order after 1 week, we will decline the order and your payment will be refunded by the Zuo Afia marketplace in accordance with prevailing Refund Policy. This usually happens if your price is unfair or below the market value of the outfit.

 

Measurement and Pictures.

You will need to provide us with measurements (in inches) for different parts of your body according to how tight or loose you want the outfit to be on you.
Click on the red buttons below to fill in the required body measurements.
It is recommended (but not mandatory) to send pictures of your front, side and back views along with the measurements. The pictures help reveal some more details about the shape of your body.
You will not be able to add this product to Cart if you do not supply all the needed measurements. 

 

Gifting

You can order for this product as a gift to someone. In that case, please provide the body measurements and pictures of that person. In certain situations where you can’t take or get the measurements, we might be able to do with multiple pictures of that person (please send the pictures first and hear from us before making payment).
Remember to use the person’s address as the shipping address at the checkout when ordering the outfit.

 

Quantity and Bulk Order.

You can order for one or multiple units of this outfit for yourself, perhaps with some variations in colour and design. After entering your desired bid in the price field (this price is for a unit), you can adjust the quantity according to how many units you want. Then you use the order notes field on the checkout page to make some explanations.
However, you can place a bulk order for this design – for you and for others. This type of arrangement is applicable in various situations, including where it is desired that everyone appears in a uniform style.
In that case, you’d need to inform and provide us with the measurements of all persons involved.

 

Accessories

Please note that any accessory, including lapels, cufflinks, shoes, etc., that appear in the sample picture is not part of the product by default. Subject to availability, the accessories can be included if you expressly request.

 

Making Enquiry

You can always use the Product Enquiry tab to send in any questions that you may have about this particular outfit before making any commitments. We are not able to confirm or guarantee the availability of a particular fabric type or colour when you are yet to make payment. This is because, from the time of your enquiry to the actual time you finally place an order (and make payment), inventory of some particular type of fabric or colour may run out. See below for what you can do.

 

Fabric and Colour

When placing your order, please use the order notes field on the order checkout page to specify three colours that you’d like for the fabric, in order of preference. If none of those colours is available, we’d inform you. Same with fabric.

 

Lead time:

Always allow between 4-8 weeks (an average of 6 weeks) for production and delivery.

Lead time depends on the availability of our professional tailors and how soon your order gets picked up.

 

Buyer Protection:

This outfit is under buyer protection from Zuo Afia MarketPlace. So, your payment will not be released to us until your outfit gets to you.
